In accordance with the regulations

 

These rules have been developed through TravelLine and shall apply when the User makes an independent accommodation reservation at a lodging property through TravelLine: Reservation Engine.

 

When using the TravelLine reservation engine, you commit to read, understand, abide by, and agree to this policy.

 

If a user does not agree to any of the terms of the policy, the User has no right to use the TravelLine reservation engine.

 

The policy may be amended without any special notice. The revised Policy shall come into effect upon publication at https://www.travelline.pro/support/privacy/license-agreement/ and in the TravelLine reservation engine.

 

If a User does not accept the changes made to the Policy, the user must cease using the TravelLine reservation engine.

 

Making a Reservation

 

The TravelLine: Reservation Engine offers users the opportunity to independently make reservations at lodging properties/accommodation centers.

 

The concept of accommodation refers to a room/apartment/house in the lodging property or a room (and/or services) in the accommodation center.

 

The concept of accommodation facilities means the establishments used for providing accommodation services (Hotel, Sanatorium, Mini-Hotel, Hotel Complex, etc.)

 

The term property refers to establishments used for residential purposes leased to the customer for short-term ownership under the housing lease agreement.

 

TravelLine does not mediate between the User and the lodging property/property determined by the User. TravelLine does not make reservations on behalf of the User at the accommodation center/property.

 

TravelLine does not charge any fees from the User for accommodation reservations made through the TravelLine reservation engine.

 

Agreement and Payment

 

An agreement regarding the pre-reservation of the lodging property requested by the user is established between the User and the lodging property after the user has made a payment for the reservation. Any claims and responsibilities related to the services provided will be settled between the User and the designated lodging property.

 

The party responsible to the user under the agreement between the User and the lodging property is Galateia Residence, Turkey, /, Beyoğlu, Istanbul, Şahkulu, Şah Kulu Bostan Sk., 9-11, +902122453032, info@galateiaresidence.com.

 

A completed reservation can be paid using any of the available methods in the TravelLine reservation engine. Please note that a lodging property may restrict the choice of payment methods.

 

Note:

 

A lodging center/property has the right to establish relationships with third parties (agents, technological intermediaries) during the reservation process to accept payments made by the User through the TravelLine reservation engine. In such cases, the lodging property remains liable to the user for the accommodation and services reserved (as permitted at the accommodation facility) and for refunds.

 

When making a payment for accommodation through the TravelLine reservation engine with a bank card, the User pays the amount specified by the lodging property through the reservation engine in the open payment window.

 

If the user only pays part of the accommodation cost when making the reservation, they can pay the remaining amount at the accommodation center/property upon arrival.

 

The user receives an online receipt via the email provided during the reservation process. This receipt will show the amount paid through the chosen method of payment.

 

When the payment service provider activates the payment by bank card, an online invoice is sent, and the seller can generate online receipts through the seller's receipt.

 

TravelLine is not obliged to provide users with online receipts.

 

During the use of the "Delayed Electronic Charge Technique," the requested information for the accommodation reservation is entered separately by the user or provided directly to the lodging properties without any intervention from TravelLine.

 

According to the information provided by the User or the TravelLine reservation engine through the lodging property: The User receives an automatic email containing the reservation details and payment link. The User clicks on the payment link, arrives at the payment window specified by the lodging property, and can make the payment using a bank card.

 

Once the payment is completed, the TravelLine reservation engine confirms the reservation and sends it to the email address provided during the reservation process.

 

When the reservation is made, if the user only pays half of the accommodation cost, they can pay the remaining fee at the accommodation center/property upon arrival.

 

The user receives an online receipt via the email provided during the reservation process. This receipt will indicate the amount paid through the seller's receipt method.

 

When the payment service provider activates the payment by bank card, an online invoice is sent, and the seller can generate online receipts through the seller's receipt.

 

TravelLine is not obliged to provide users with online receipts.

 

Note:

 

Payment must be made within the time frame provided by the lodging property in the advance reservation. If the user does not make the payment on time, the reservation will be automatically canceled in the TravelLine Reservation Engine.

 

When using the "Bank Card Guarantee" payment procedure, the user enters the bank card details in the appropriate fields. This information is sent as a reservation guarantee to the specified lodging property through secure communication channels via a secure server.

 

The lodging property independently determines whether to charge or pre-authorize the balance.

 

If the lodging property fails to carry out the necessary bank card transactions to guarantee the order, the lodging property will cancel the reservation made by the user.

 

Note:

 

The user must ensure that the bank card has not expired and that there is sufficient balance to make the payment.

 

When using the "Bank Transfer" payment procedure, the lodging property may set any advance payment and restrictions for money transfer payments. (As a common rule, this payment method becomes valid for users no later than 5 days prior to the date of use).

 

Both individuals and legal entities can make payments via bank transfer.

 

Payment must be made within the time frame specified in the reservation engine and the invoice (these regulations can be made through the lodging property in the TravelLine reservation engine).

 

In the case of late payment, the lodging property has the authority to cancel the reservation in the TravelLine Reservation Engine at its discretion.

 

When using the "Payment Upon Arrival" payment procedure, the user pays for the reservation upon arriving at the lodging property.

 

When using the "Installment Payment" procedure, the user is redirected to the payment page of a payment service provider that allows installment payments.

 

Separately, the user enters the advance payment amount specified by the lodging property.

 

If the installment payment is successfully completed via the payment service provider, the TravelLine reservation engine automatically generates the reservation confirmation.

 

If the payment service provider does not accept the payment, the reservation will not be made in the TravelLine Reservation Engine.

 

Interactions between the user and the installment payment provider are not included in this policy.

 

When using the "Payment at the Office" procedure, the User is provided with details of the office locations where payment for the reserved accommodation can be made. The reservation confirmation sent via the email provided by the user also includes the locations of the offices.

 

Note:

 

The lodging property has the right to offer non-refundable rate plans. According to the conditions of non-refundable rate plans, in case of cancellation or failure to use the reservation, the prepaid amount (half or fully) is not refundable, and the lodging property will refund it as a penalty.

 

We recommend carefully reading the rules of special offers before completing the reservation.

 

Note:

 

The user making the accommodation reservation and the accommodation property must provide documentation confirming the accommodation time and the payment procedure used: Receipt to the seller, installment payment, or delayed electronic payment.

 

Accommodation is reserved for a user at the time of reservation.

 

After confirming the reservation, a reservation acceptance or a pre-reservation (depending on the preferred payment procedure) will be displayed on the screen.

 

Users are encouraged to print and save this confirmation.

 

Additionally, the reservation or pre-reservation (depending on the specified payment procedure) will also be sent to the email provided by the user during the reservation process.

 

Changes to the Reservation

 

The TravelLine Reservation Engine allows users to change check-in/check-out dates, arrange early check-in and late check-out for previously set reservations, correct additional services (only at lodging facilities), adjust guest contact details, guest reviews, and room type for already confirmed reservations (only at lodging facilities). Users can manage this information only in the TravelLine Reservation Engine.
